Why we created Sparks Connect
CHILD SPARKS started as a parent-led community. As that community has grown, so has the amount of information families need to navigate. Support requests, events, family information and communication can easily become fragmented across emails, messages and forms. Sparks Connect brings those interactions together in a more organised and secure way.
It helps us spend less time asking families for information we already have and more time understanding what may actually help.

Sparks Connect contains information about children and families, so privacy and safeguarding are built into how the platform works. Access is controlled according to a person's role and relationship with the family. We aim to collect information for a clear purpose, limit access to people who need it and keep an appropriate record of how information is used.
